MY DAILY GREEN SMOOTHIE

I am a creature of habit when it comes to health. I've found that morning habits set the tone for the rest of my day. If I roll out of bed with a smile...I am usually happier througout the day. If I workout first thing in the morning...I usually feel better and have more energy throughout the day. If I start my day off with a green smoothie...I usually eat healthier througout the day. I love this quote..."We first make our habits, and then our habits make us." I am so passionate about health and the influence it has on our lives and I truly believe this green smoothie has transformed my life. I make one EVERY morning for the hubby and I and it makes me so happy knowing that this mason jar is PACKED with incredible nutrition that will keep us healthy, energized, and glowing.
Ingredients:
-2 cups unsweetened almond milk
-3 huge handfuls of spinach
-1 handful of kale or any other greens you might have in your fridge
-1 baby cucumber
---Blend the greens for a few seconds then add...
-1 scoop Vega All-in-one Nutritional Shake (Vanilla)
-1 hefty tbs. of Vitamineral Greens powder
-1 tsp. chia seeds
-2 frozen bananas
-1 cup ice
---Blend and ENJOY!
*Sometimes I add a tbs. of almond butter or cacao nibs depending on my mood.
